At Orchard Street Tree Surgeons, we work in line with BS 3998, the British Standard for tree work, which means that we do our utmost to take care of trees and the surrounding environment.  We always work with respect and a carefully considered approach, and that is especially true when it comes to the recycling and reuse of our timber and tree waste.

Orchard Street Tree Surgeons recycle all possible waste from any tree surgery work we carry out, ensuring that it is turned into a viable resource.  Small diameter timber is chipped in order to be reused as mulch or cattle bedding, while larger timber is recycled.

We always offer our customers the opportunity to make the most of the beautiful resources that are produced when we work on their trees, and we can cut large diameter timber to your specification when we remove your trees.  If you are not interested in reusing any of your timber, we will recycle as much of the timber and tree waste from all work we undertake.

Please note that at this time we cannot offer firewood or logs for sale, however, we can recommend local, ethical firewood suppliers.
